WHere is an easy take on a drink from a new cocktail list. Designed as a party-sized prepared mix that's loaded with flavours of the Christmas time, which makes it perfect for your festive gathering. Any leftover cordial you can use for brunch beverages, sweets, or to mix another batch of the drink.

Serves 10 people
For the Clementine Syrup (produces 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
Ingredients for the Drink (makes 850ml, serving 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (from the recipe above)
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Directions
For the Citrus Syrup: Combine all the ingredients into a saucepan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, mixing until the sugar dissolves. After that, turn off the burner and let it to cool entirely. Pour into an sterilised bottle, seal and store chilled, it can be stored for around four weeks.
To make Premix: Combine every spirits and syrup into a sizeable container, leave to sit for one hour, then pass it through best through cheesecloth, so it's fully clarified.
When ready to serve: Add 85ml of your batch mix to a stirring glass containing ice, and stir carefully for about 60 seconds to chill. Filter to a cold coupe glass or equivalent, top with a few cranberries adding the final touch using a light spray of the essential oil above the glass.
